Genesis Rodriguez
Genesis Rodriguez was born in Miami. She
is the daughter of Jose Luis 'El Puma' Rodriguez, the famous Venezuelan actor
and singer as well as Carolina Perez, a Cuban model. She has two half-sisters.
She went to the Carrolton School of the Sacred Heart. Rodriguez knew as a child
that she wanted to become an actor. She attended summer courses at the Lee
Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and continued her training in acting. She
was soon successful and was offered roles in Spanish languages, such as Prisionera
(2004) and Dame Chocolate (2007). She also appeared on of the popular TV show
"Entourage" (2004). Man on a Ledge (2012), and What to Expect when
You're Expecting (2012) are some films she has worked on. Jose Luis El Puma’
Rodriguez's daughter. Half-sister to Liliana Rodriguez, Lilibeth Morillo. She
said on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, 9 January 2013, episode that
she was named Genesis in honor of the British rock band Genesis. She is of
Venezuelan and Cuban origins. Being near the ocean is the best thing. I would
